Transitionfrom anxiousto calm.
Interactive sessions you play with your hands. Feel the shift in about a minute — 3 transitions are free, no sign-up.
You don't listen to calm. You make it.
Not another meditation app. Every feeling gets a shape — a center for you, particles for thoughts, fog for noise — and your hands change it while you watch.
Feel it move.
This sphere is you. Drag the slider: that's anxiety turning into calm. In a session, your hands drive every bit of it.
Your mind can change how you feel.
A longer exhale slows you down
Breathing out for longer than you breathe in engages the body's own calming response.
Attention is trainable
Every time you bring it back to the light, you're strengthening the skill of focus.
Naming it turns it down
Putting a feeling into a word and a number tends to take some of its charge away.
What you practice gets easier
Your brain adapts to what you repeat. The states you return to become easier to reach.

Breathe it
Drag your breath up and down at your own pace. The field opens with every long exhale.
Follow it
Keep a finger on one light while sparks try to steal you. Attention, trained.
Release it
Fire light at the pressure building inside. Fast at first — then less and less to push against.
Switch it off
Rest a finger on each light of the day until it fades. The room goes dark, and so does your mind.
Radiate it
Flick a ray of light for every good thing you can name. A good mood becomes a sunburst.
Draw it
Paint with flowing light, no goal, no judgment. A blocked mind loosens into flow.
12 transitions. For the hardest moments — and the best ones.
Anxiety, low mood, stress, overthinking, sleepless nights — and when things are good: joy, creativity, energy. 3 of them are free right now, no sign-up.
Your mind can change how you feel.
How you breathe, where you put your attention and what you do with your hands all shape your state. Reliev turns well-known techniques into something you can see and touch.

When anxiety starts creeping in, I open the breathing scene. Seeing that intense red slowly fade with each breath makes it easier to stop spiraling and feel in control again.
I use the pressure game after particularly long workdays. Every pop feels like letting go of something I've been carrying. By the time the screen is clear, I'm noticeably lighter.
Whenever my thoughts start jumping everywhere, I follow the moving light. It's just challenging enough to keep me engaged, and somehow everything else goes quiet for a while.
I used to spend ages staring at the ceiling, thinking about tomorrow. Now I turn off the lights one by one. Somewhere along the way, my mind finally starts switching off too.
On difficult days, even small things can feel overwhelming. Watching those icy colors gradually turn into something warm gives me a quiet sense of comfort I didn't know I needed.
I love opening the rays when something good happens, even something tiny. Each little burst of light feels like saving a happy moment. It's become my favorite way to end a good day.
