Privacy policy

Reliev ("we") processes the personal data needed to run the service: your email address, optional name and password (stored only as a secure hash), your personalization answers, your session history including before/after ratings, and your membership status.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts) are sent through our email provider. Hosting providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your choices. With your permission, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) records how the site is used under a random identifier: pages viewed, which sessions are started and finished, and the steps to becoming a member. Google signals and ad personalization are off, and your ratings and check-in answers are never sent.

Advertising pixels (TikTok, Meta) load only if you accept them, and only receive funnel steps: a visit, a checkout, a purchase. They never learn which sessions you use. If you accepted them, we also confirm a purchase to Meta and TikTok from our server, with your email address hashed, so it can be matched to the ad you saw.

Google, Meta and TikTok may process this data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The Cookie policy lists every cookie and how to change your choice.

Your wellbeing data is never sold or used for advertising. It is used only to run, personalize and improve your sessions.

You can access, export or correct your data, and delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile. Deletion is immediate and cancels any active membership.
