Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Reliev also uses your browser's local storage for the same purposes. This policy lists what we store and why.

Essential (always on): relieving_session keeps you signed in (60 days); relieving_onboarded skips the phone intro on later visits (1 year); relieving_tester is only set for staff testing (30 days). Local storage keeps your preferences, your cookie choices and, without an account, your favorites and session history on this device.

Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Ltd., sets _ga and _ga_<id> (up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages and sessions are used and where people stop. Google signals and ad personalization are off, staff traffic is excluded, and data is kept for up to 14 months.

Advertising (only if you accept): the Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc, 90 days) and the TikTok pixel (_ttp, 13 months) tell us whether our ads lead to visits, checkouts and purchases. They never receive which sessions you use or how you feel.

Change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site or in your profile. Withdrawing consent deletes these cookies from this device. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
